In such cases, Legal Dalal offers 50% of your complete payment as a refund, if it is approved by the management. The rest 50% is deducted as the service charge for the indispensable time, efforts and consultation that our experts may have put in for the service provided to you.
If you have registered your Cancellation/Refund request within 24 hours of application done we consider Refunding 75%* of the fees paid to us.
*Only if we have not submitted your application to respective govt authority/portal
No Refund will be given once the application is done and Temporary Reference number Generated.
